Amir Abbaspour is the Founder
and Principal of BIMPILOT®.
His professional career spans engineering, construction, energy, critical infrastructure, software development, organizational transformation and digital transformation.
Over the course of his career, he developed new business divisions, led complex transformation programs, founded a corporate academy, designed digital products and organizational concepts, published specialist books, and taught as a university lecturer.
His work took him into demanding environments where reliability, responsibility, and decision-making capability are critical. In doing so, he worked with international companies, public institutions, and leaders in national and international contexts.
Across all industries, he repeatedly recognized the same pattern: organizations rarely fail due to a lack of competence. They falter when responsibility, information, governance, and decision-making no longer keep pace with growing complexity.
BIMPILOT® emerged from this insight. Today, Amir develops leadership architectures, decision-making architectures, and governance structures that enable organizations to remain capable of action even under high complexity. His mission is to make organizations sustainably capable of leadership, not just for today's challenges, but for the complexity of tomorrow.
